The food is good but starting about a year ago, service has begun taking longer and making numerous errors on food including wrong topings or outright missing things on poke bowls, such as the frazzled onions on the poke though it isn't requested and there is even a note on the order about having gluten problemsVegetarian options: They do offer chickpeas and tofu as alternatives and it can be requested to swap in place of chickenDietary restrictions: Menu items are listed as having dairy egg soy, etc, though certain changes are missed often
Ordered to go on my lunch break so was in a little rush. Got a message my order was ready and arrived 10mins later and it was not ready and needed to wait a couple mins.The smoothie was put into a bag and had no lid on it just tin foil. So it spilled in the bag and my car.The wrap was a mess. It was completely stuck to the tinfoil it was in and had to be peeled off. The chicken was very chewy with tendions and I spit a couple pieces out. Threw most of it out because the chicken.Very expensive lunch about $30 and it was terrible.
I ordered a smothie and a sweet bowl and i was really not happy with it. The smoothie was sour due to the straberries and in my sweet bowl i found a random blueberry that was not supposed to be there. Other than than for my sweetbowl there were shown certain ingridients and i found something else on the bottom that i still now have no clue what it was. The strawberries on top were also sour. The smoothie made my friend sick and i do not reccoment this place. For those 2 orders i spent 24$ which is insane for what i got.
Want salmon, tuna or shrimp? Don’t even bother coming here then, I used to love this place before but now they’re always out of many things and management does not care enough to restock these or even about the place anymore. I’ve given them multiple chances too, I’m writing this review after many tries. Terrible summer hours too btw.
