I order a Caesar salad thru DoorDash, I enjoyed eating my salad with no dressing. My order is only right when I order in person. Why can’t the order always be right whether it’s an online order or in person. The first time I did an order through DoorDash, I barely got dressing. I just thought it must have been busy, now I order again and this time I get no dressing. Like come on. Service: Delivery
I had a great experience at Sweetgreen today, Trinity did an amazing job crafting my salad, it was perfectly msde and delicious. This location is definitely my favorite and I travel a lot around the DMV for work and have tried probably every Sweetgreen location around here lol. Highly recommend this spot. Salad was DELICIOUS! Parking: One way, had to circle the block, then there was only delivery parking, so I circled again. Finally saw 10 minute and 1 hour parking. Not sure when Sweetgreen hired rude and snarky people to work for them. But I like my greens without sarcastic and snarky comments. Your workers need to learn some basic customer service skills.
