We are so lucky that we can go out now to restaurants where we are appreciated and valued by the action of excellence in regards to the customer experience. We can go where people are treated with morals, ethics and integrity. This establishment and some of its employees treat people with great disrepect, they feel they can be rude or condescending and it is obvious that the owner operator allows and condones these types of behaviors for this unfortunately happens frequently and yet if you call for the manager or owner operator you will not receive anyone on the phone because as soon as they take the message they either, really don't take down the number or the owner operator never gets the...

Ordered take out last evening. Last time ordered Swiss Chalet was from Bracebridge while visiting friends and the portions were small and not very tasty. One quarter chicken piece looked the size of a large wing. A very disappointing meal. Remembering that experience was hesitant but thought we?d give it a try. Went into building to order. The gentleman taking order was pleasant and i believe a manager. I ordered the white meat quarter chicken meal and a rib/ chicken meal. The portion size was excellent, chicken breasts were a nice size and cooked well. Ribs were great. Both orders had plenty of fries. Best Swiss Chalet I've had in a very long time. After being let down by a couple locations in Toronto with poor quality cold food, I'd sworn to never go back. However, the experience in Gravenhurst was a completely different story! Food was hot, everything was delicious and our order was accurate. The folks behind the counter knew what they were doing. We'll definitely return to this location

Swiss Chalet has been on the hill since the pandemic. This location is the worst franchise I?ve with overcooked chicken (dry) and pommes. Dining room is still open, they close at 8PM, and property / management simply does not have the skills to keep staff. I live in Gravenhurst, when to Swiss Chalet regularly in Bracebridge when I lived there?but I made food from this place.

My wife just wanted two legs, no fries or other sides. Seemed to be an unusual request that took a bit to figure out how it is done and how much to charge. The young lady was final able to fulfill my order for approximately $15. Thank you very much!
