The fact that the wrap in the picture was almost $20 dollars and the person who cooked it said this was good enough to serve blows my mind. Nothing better than a charred wrap.I should say that we were told that their order system went down, but with that being said, the app told me my order will be ready by 6:48 . 7:20 was when it was done. And that 's after having to go back because an entire kids meal was missing. The waiting area was boiling and just chaos. The man helping us was pleasant and apologized. We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We ordered three festive specials, and when we got home, we discovered that our order was missing all the stuffing, chocolates, and the extra chalet sauce we requested. We called the restaurant to fix the issue, and the manager agreed to credit us for the stuffing. However, we had to go back to the store within the next few weeks to claim it, or we would lose out. One of my orders was incorrect, while another was incomplete, containing chicken cartilage in the sandwich and barely any chicken at all. One portion of chicken was so undercooked that it was inedible. The awful food experience would have been more tolerable if the manager had been professional and courteous, but her dismissive comment, "I don’t have time for you," was unacceptable. The manager did attempt to make amends by delivering the missing items within 15 minutes, which I appreciate, but these kinds of mistakes happen too frequently here. We later discovered that our dinner rolls were missing from two of the meals as well. To top it all off, the entrance to the restaurant has an unpleasant sewage-like smell that is quite overpowering. I enjoyed the fries and coleslaw but the fish could use a Lil help! The fish n chips gor $20 a plate. A whole lot pricy for the breading is really thick breading. Not lightly beer battered at all...like in the commercial. Very disappointed and won't be back!

I ordered a family pack for delivery, Swiss Chalet forgot the Chalet Sauce. I called the restaurant and they had the sauce delivered within minutes. Everyone makes mistakes and they rectified the issue ASAP. Great Customer service!!
