I had lunch at Swiss Chalet STC the other day and just have to give a shout out to our server Amy what an absolute gem!From the minute I sat down, Amy welcomed me with the biggest, friendliest smile. She was so warm and attentive throughout my entire meal. Amy clearly takes pride in providing top notch customer service.She made excellent menu recommendations that hit the spot perfectly. The food came out fast and tasted great, as usual. Swiss Chalet is a classic. We normally get take out but I dined in with my parents a few days ago and we had a really good time. The chicken is fantastic and the sauce can't be beat! Our server Norma was very attentive, kind, and efficient.Parking: Lots of free parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking spots, automatic doors, no stairs.

Thank you to the staff for a wonderful evening to celebrate my mom's birthday (17 Sep 23). There were 24 of us! There were issues with my reservation, but they accommodated us. Really appreciated it. They even helped serve the cakes! The food was enjoyed by all. The coffee was delicious (and bottomless)! Thank you Carol and team.

My family and I came here for a dinner and it was 1 hour before closing the service was so amazing our waitress Norma went out of her way and was so friendly. The food was so fresh and nice and hot. I will definitely come back here again.

OK, I guess. The chicken I ordered was suspiciously pink on the inside, even though it came out steaming hot. Waiter was polite with a sense of humour. Decent interior however the lack of a public washroom was disappointing.
