Hair found in food , refused to return money, none of the staff were helpful but apologized profusely- yet did nothing. Finally a manager by the name of Debbie was called to come in- rude and condescending towards us as customers and said it was against their policy to return funds for hair in food and my issue was with the company that delivers the chicken? Staff at this location need retraining and need to know that the customers are those who pay their pay-check. Ordered 2 chicken dinners. Was charged extra for white meat. Wings on both orders non edible.Food was brought out in about 2 minutes and was JUST warm. Returned my plate back to the counter and asked for it to be heated up. Waited about 10 minutes for them to bring my plate back, only for it to be the same temperature as before. Don’t know if they microwaved it and left it sitting before bringing it back or what. Ate the food, but was not impressed. Besides being lukewarm, the fries looked like they were yesterday’s leftovers, with a lot of bits and pieces.When leaving, the young fellow asked if the food was better than the first time and we told him, ‘No’. Ordered two hot chicken sandwiches, two caeser salads and two bottled drinks.They charged me for bottled drinks but gave me flat fountain drinks instead. The hot sandwiches were ok but the salads should have been thrown away long before serving them to customers. Both salads were disgusting brown lettuce. They went directly into the garbage. Not impressed.

Not recommended as service is slow and poor. Tried eating in rather than usual take out but room was cold and music loud and unbearable. When asked to turn volume down advised only absent owner could do it. Decided to change order to take out and go home. Next time will drive the short distance to Pembroke instead.

First time at this location and the last. The quarter chicken was the size of a swallow, dry as leather and the portion size was for a child, not a grown man. With COFIB, restaurants are trying to make up for lost sales. Now you get way less for way more. Staff was friendly and courteous but the food, never again.

Way above average service for a fast food outlet. Super polite and very quick from initial order to order being filled. Location clean. There's no Locations where I live, but I am a big fan of their food. A trip here was certainly a big treat for me. Would definitely frequent this location if I lived nearby.

Tried dining in for the fun of it. Meals were decent for the price point.The inside definitely needs a cleaning; unwashed tables, greasy fingerprints on windows, and black flies decided to join us for our meal as well.Staff was friendly and brought food to the table and asked if we were happy with the meal.

Absolutely amazing in petawawa, it's clean, staff is awesome and there is stuff in the condiment bins! Holy karumba. Unlike pembroke, emplty bins, every table is dirty and always out of product.

Ordered 3 soup in a bowl. Got 3 huge containers, enough for 9 people about $10.00 each. Please tell people how big containers are before ordering.We weren't pleased!!!

-5 stars would be more appropriate. Complainimg to Head Office just results in referring you to the offending location who are apparently never wrong!
