Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I usually get my Swiss Chalet orders from this location and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly, service is top notch, and the food is good. Today, I picked up my order and the hard working staff working made sure I got my warm meal with a few bonus chocolates because I waited a few minutes, but it was no big deal at all. I appreciate their efforts in making my experience great, for that I say thank you and a special shout out to Malik who was very friendly and proactive with customers. He helped me walk my warm dinner to my car. Thank you Malik and the Swiss Chalet staff for your great work. My family will definitely be ordering from this location again.

Our mother was craving Swiss Chalet, so we took her out for lunch to have an early Christmas celebration. The Festive Menu had many great choices, including one that takes the usual quarter chicken meal to a new level with cranberry, dressing, and Lindor truffles! Beer and decent wine choices completed the experience as did the not to busy setting. The bonus was receiving $10 coupons off for each meal we got on top of everything wow! Great service by Tammy T polished off a great experience. Enjoy!

I always enjoyed the swiss chalet, but the last order was disappointing. the French pommes were old and you could say because they were soaked in fat. Some of them could not even be bite because they were so hard. that was delicious. the green beans were cold and the salate. we had delivered our order and the delivery person went on the wrong road and had the nerve to call us and was quite rude because we did not open the door!

customer service, worst service, so long waited and I was the only person in the line, I saw all the workers behind the window leaned and talked. After I have given up my order, I wait for my food for so long, then I came home and they forget to give me pommes with my combo. never back to this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

I've tried a few Swiss Chalet locations in the Durham Region and found that this specific location consistently provides great customer service and good food. The staff is attentive and welcoming and my orders have always been served with care.

The worst orders that I have ever received. Not only was the food horrible. The portions are alot smaller and are not worth what they cost. I don't recommend others to order from them or visit any of their locations.

We have been going to the Pickering location for years now. The quarter chicken dinners are always consistent and the servers are always so pleasant.
