Sidney's Fish and Chips

Love this fish chip shop always absolutely delicious. My last order was through Just Eat. I rang the shop because I was worried my payment hadn’t gone through. The guy I spoke to was so lovely friendly and reassured me that my payment had gone through. Said he was actually cooking my food as we spoke. SO professional and friendly. The food arrived on time and was as delicious as always.

Best fish n chip shop locally by far. Friendly staff (forgive the Liverpool supporter, he can't help it . In all honesty, Good banter, great service and even better food. A warm welcome awaits every visitor from their friendly and efficient staff. Never had a bad meal here, ever. Highly recommend

Curry sauce was awful, it was meat flavoured and very dark brown! The saveloy was tough as old boots. And the chips were greasy! Thankfully the kids sausages in batter weren’t too bad ; I certainly won’t be ordering from here again. Not a patch on captains. Such a shame.

Best fish and chips as always. Ordered for my grandad who couldn’t hear knocking at his door, a young man called Connor called me to say there is no answer at the front door. Connor was so polite and wry helpful. Thankyou Reserva una mesa ahora

Very good traditional fish chips take-away. Also does burgers ribs. A bonus is that the food is served in recyclable cardboard boxes using no plastic less paper.

This is by far the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. When I come home from a good days fishing I stop in here and get my dinner. It the best part of my day
