I was excited to see that this restaurant had a vegetarian section on her menu. when I have placed my order online, I have specified that all that is necessary to be vegan, and I explained that there was no egg, chicken broth, oyster sauce or other animal products. to her credit the restaurant called me on the phone and told me that some of her vegetarian dishes actually contain oyster sauce. I told them that oyster sauce is not vegan or vegetarian. they claimed that oysters were vegetarian because they came from the sea. they are not out of the country, like chickens. but they said they could do my command without oyster sauce if I wanted, so I said okay. When I went to get my food, they repeated that every time I want to give up an order, I can only tell them that I don't want to utter. I said again that oyster sauce is not vegetarian, and the items on the vegetarian menu should not utter in them. she said that it was only one spoon or two of oyster sauce in some of the “vegetarian” dishes. I am doubtful that they change the menu or change their “vegetarian” recipes, because they always said it was just a little bit, and uttering are vegetarian. and then they tried to offer me the free crispy chow my noodles. I asked if they had eggs in them, and she said yes, egg and flour. I told her that vegans don't eat eggs because they are a animal product. then she asked me if vegan flour was eating. I said, flour is good. then she told me that they have gluten-free options, and I told her that it was nice. the dishes we got general tso “chicken” and “chicken” brokkoli were delicious. they used two different types of faux huh in the different dressed and they were both delicious. we also ordered avocado sushi, which was ok, I would rather have sushi rice, which is more spiced (more edgy, sugar, salt), but it was ok. I'd order here again. I felt that although they don't understand about uttering, they are ready to adapt recipes to make the customer happy. if this restaurant was in a big city, I would stare it up to 2 stars. but since they are in the suburbs and there are not many vegan options available, I give them 3 stars.
