Having visited Pant Ruthin earlier this year, decided to meet a friend here for a light lunch today. Service staff are lovely. How could an order of two jacket potatoes go so wrong? Black in appearance terribly overcooked! The problem was, I chose the place our friend was paying, so neither of us wanted to say anything! I did report it to the waiter who apologised. I really should have spoken up when they were put on the table. They appeared to have been days old cooked several times. Not good. Won’t be rushing back I’m afraid. Or at least I’d be braver next time send it back!
After staying at the hotel next door, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by a delightful young lady named Abbie, who turned out to be an excellent waitress - friendly and attentive. She truly enhanced our dining experience and is a valuable asset to your establishment. The food was delicious as well, as evidenced by the clean plates at our table. Thank you once again, Abbie!
We stumbled upon this place and it turned out to be a fantastic discovery, a perfect spot to spend New Year's Eve. The food was superb and the service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to Abbie and Chris for taking care of all our needs. We will definitely be coming back. Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hiles.
We stopped by for a quick breakfast and were greeted by the friendly and efficient Sian and Chris. The breakfast prepared by kitchen manager Sam was delicious and served in a timely manner. We couldn't find any faults and will definitely be returning regularly.

Went in for food and drink before our stay at the premier inn we hadn’t booked but they were very accommodating and sat us to eat, food was good and service was fast and pleasant looks lovely any Christmassy too xx
