Don’t expect to place your order at the counter at this location. I was told to use the kiosk instead. I wanted to pay in cash at the register since I was on vacation and needed my debit card for gas and other expenses. Why should I have to place my own order? Isn’t that why employees are there? Technology takes away jobs and makes people lazy while benefiting the Taco Bell executives and others with this frustrating tactic. I don’t want Taco Bell anymore, please... it was very disappointing, not my taste. Goodbye... Kiosks and self-checkouts should be optional, not mandatory! Is anyone listening?
