Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

I had a doctor's appointment at Park Tree Community Health Center on Thursday, October 27, 2022, and decided to stop by this Taco Bell for a quick lunch. To my surprise, I found the doors locked and no staff in sight at 12:30 PM on a weekday. I couldn't help but wonder—did everyone just quit? Did they all get fired? I'm not sure what happened, but Taco Bell really needs to get it together. It feels like they make their own schedule and decide when they want to be open. The website says they're open, but that's clearly not the case. This is frustrating!

Yesterday, I purchase 2 burritos and a quesadilla for me and my worker. We split the quesadilla and eating our burritos when my worker found a dead fly in the burrito. When I returned the food, the manager only refunded part of my order, citing that thequesadilla was practically finished and therefore didn't warrant a refund! She stated this was HER Policy. I asked who the f areyou? 25 yr old shift mgr. I swear, I will never eat at Taco Bell again.

This Taco Bell is never open. I really don't understand why they list hours online or on the door that aren't accurate. I've attempted to go through the drive-thru in both the morning and the evening, and they are always closed. I've noticed people inside the store, so I guess they just don't operate the drive-thru?

I visited on Sunday and found out they were out of lettuce. When I came back today, they didn’t have any large or medium cups available. I requested a discount, but they refused. I ended up paying full price for my combo and received only a small cup. Reserva una mesa ahora

The slushy machine is like the new ice cream machine at McDonald's—it's always out of order. Come on, Taco Bell, you generate over $20,000 a month. You can do better than this!
