Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

I love Taco Bell, however, I?ve had some challenges at this particular location. For a while they would be closed in the middle of the day sometimes. Also, on 3 separate occasions they messed up the order, which I didn?t catch until I was already home. Totheir credit, however, when I contacted them, they did make an effort to correct the mistake and additionally offered a couponfor free food the next time I came in. It may be that they were temporarily short-staffed, leading to their strange hours andpossibly newly acquired staff contributed to the order mix Ups. I?ll chock it up to that; I certainly haven?t discontinuedvisiting this location as a result of the prior issues I experienced. Being willing to make it right when an error is made goesa long way toward overlooking periodic problems in service.

Went through the drive through and after I ordered the girl asked me to check the screen and see if everything was right. I had ordered 2 regular soft taco's and a taco supreme with no cheese, and a nacho Belgrade. Everything on the screen was correct butwhen I got home my granddaughters soft taco supreme had cheese. Don't understand why they even asked me if the screen wascorrect , when they still made it wrong.!!!!!

We went for the Enchiritos. We had them at the TB on Pleasant Grove and they weren't made with onions or beans. The ones from this restaurant were correct and good. It took 29 minutes in the drive thru. It was crazy but worth the wait.

The customer service could step up there game a little the girls always come off as cold, and bored. The one football player at the drive thru in the morning was super nice and funny. Great guy keep it up my dude!!!

Employees and Manager are friendly. The waiting time is super fast, Manager sets the working example, she's working in all the positions
