I'm not really sure what up with the food. It was make fast so thank you but the quality was terrible. We dinner inside it was about 10:15 am right after they opened and yet the food was soggy and the seemed to have been left overs. Please assist the teamon food prep and better quality. We didn't get sick thankfully but also didn't end up eating most of it. Even the frozen drinksweren't blended right. The works seemed okay a guy was even super cleaning. Just need some support on food prep.
I waited like 30 minutes in the line at tb for a burrito. I saw that it was on the menu, so I went in and asked to correct it, returned a yes. very friendly staff. waits in the line, got it from a super busy but nice lady. She even said, hey his bark! I'm coming home, excited like one. you see the little dinge. I sink my teeth into the burrito and damn me, it tastes good. I begin to weep as I stuff my face with the rest of the burritos; it's chicken!
I hate that this is my closest location. Just went and burritos supreme combo that?s $9 now. Old and cold taco supremes no sour cream. Half down burrito supreme, no lettuce. It?s the size of a bean burrito. Do better or close this location down. Thishappens every time I go here which is rare so maybe shame on me. It was 12 pm and no rush, no excuse for this other thanleadership and employees that don?t care.
Arrived at 10:00 a.m. doors are locked only to drive throughs open sign says dine in open but it is not open from 9:00 to 9:00 evidently maybe the management whoever owns this location should put a clear sign on the door that they're not willing to accommodate oversized vehicles people who can't use a drive-through , if they don't want my business just say so Reserva una mesa ahora
What's the point about be open till 11, if the people there doesn't want to work and do anything. I went at 9:27pm they were basically saying to everyone that they have to wait a lot for whatever people ordered, so people was leaving without placing any orders.
this location is wheelchair accessible and accepted service dogs. eating was fresh and hot. our only complaint would be cleanliness. the tables were not very well wiped and the floors were quite chaotic. the sodabrunnen was also quite creepy.
Found part of a plastic wrapper in my burrito, they also forgot part of our order. This hasn’t been the only bad experience at this location, but it will surely be the last. Not going to this location ever again!
Usually this taco bell is fast and good, but today I have waited 20 minutes for 2 tacos. obviously they were only briefly occupied. also they were from jalapenos. I'll go back a day. Reserva una mesa ahora
Soggy taco. Quesadilla lacking meat. No napkins. No hot sauce as requested. Cashier put finger in ear while taking my credit card. It felt like a dump.
