I highly do NOT recommend working here or eating here. The manager is the main problem. She is the type of manager to not help customers even though she was requested many times to speak to a customer. This request was coming from the customer and not totheir surprise, paz, who is the manager never came out to talk or ask about their problem they had with the food. I cannot recommend working or dining at Taco Bell. The main issue lies with the manager, who is unhelpful and often refuses to assist customers when they request help. Despite patrons asking to speak with her, Paz never comes out to address their concerns or welcome them. She has a reputation for yelling at employees and belittling them for simply doing their job. Furthermore, she neglects important hygiene practices, such as wearing a mask or gloves while handling food and drinks. I ordered family pack bags to go and realized on the way to the car that I forgot to ask for sauce. I went back and asked a young man for sauce. He was very polite and put some hot sauce in a small bag for me. Then he wished me a good evening, ma’am — wow! I can’t remember the last time a fast-food worker was this courteous. To anyone who complains about food quality and wait times, please cut these workers some slack; many issues are out of their control. Also, kudos to these young employees; it's rare to see young people working these days.
The only reason I gave it two stars was because it is at least clean and I feel comfortable here. Tonight, once again, the soda machine was broken. You see the restaurant changed hands and the new owner doesn't want to spend the money to get it fixed. My wife asked for water but they acted like there was no way for her to get water, and it was suggested that she get water from next door. This is one of the best Taco Bell’s around. Everyone is always very nice and friendly and willing to help. They can even sometimes make some of the old favorites that may have gone missing from the menu. Don’t be fooled by the small size they will give you better personal service then most sit down restaurants will.
This place deserves zero stars. Orders are always wrong or messed up. Simple things seem to be incredibly hard for this place to do. Something like giving the correct hot sauce is extremely difficult for the people who work here to do. Will never go back to this place.
I waited in the car while my son went in to purchase meals.Crunchwrap as always is 110 percent delicious.I always order this.Before Covid 19 I always went inside.Friendly employees,greet you when you come in.Those employees are taught by a greatboss!!!
I stayed in the car while my son went in to eat. The Crunchwrap is, as always, 110% delicious – I always recommend it. Before COVID-19, I used to go inside. The staff are friendly whenever they come by. These employees are trained by an excellent chef!
