I was in drive thru, I ordered $49 worth of food. I felt bad because of the excessive amount, i figured it would have taken pretty long and that the workers would be upset, but i was dead wrong. The workers were extremely nice and responsive, the food came lightning fast! I noticed that I did have 3 doritos locos tacos missing later on, so i called the store. They answered quickly, so nicely and apologized for the mishap which is more than could be said for most fast food spots. I came back and they handled me quickly and were extremely nice while doing so. 11/10 service and quality! This is the only Taco Bell i go to now because the workers at this location are the most reliable and nicest...
Manager Karla refused to exchange the drink that was missing the syrup because it was purchased from the st charles taco bell location. Ordered literally 9 mins ago with receipt. This was my first time at this location and I would rate it an F....I mean seriously?!? I didn't ask them to re-make $20 worth of food....all I wanted was the drink to be corrected. They refused to replace the drink stating that they are a franchise location. Apparently franchise locations care more about $0.20 worth of pop than satisfying a customer. I recently visited this Taco Bell drive-thru and ordered $49 worth of food. I was initially worried about the large order and potential wait time, but I was pleasantly surprised. The workers were friendly and efficient, and my food was quickly prepared. I later realized that three Doritos Locos Tacos were missing, so I called the store. They were very responsive and apologetic, more so than most fast food places. When I returned, they quickly corrected the mistake and provided excellent service. I would rate the service and quality 11/10. This Taco Bell has become my go-to location because the workers are reliable and friendly. I highly recommend this particular spot to anyone I know.
kasse alexander takes care of our order on the car thru we expect almost $30 and we ask him for two empty cups he said he cannot give us free. my man asks him how much he costs, and he said $3,50 ea empty cup. my man asked him why it was expensive and he said well that it cost. he didn't let mine pay for the tassen and he closed the window on him. do you joke? not even in a refueling place sell the tassen in the price. if a cashier was trained as I don't want to talk to the manager. bad service!

This place has the best taco selection in town. I recently started a new job and heard about a variety of taco spots in the area, but these tacos are definitely worth dying for. The service was quick and my order was ready before I even arrived at the restaurant. It's not easy to find this level of service elsewhere. Keep up the great work!
I ordered three breakfast boxes. The strawberry lemonade and root beer were awful. The hash browns were as thin as sticks, and there were only four cinnamon bites when there should have been six. My family, including two and three-year-olds, were very disappointed.
I can only say that May 19th was a happy day for me because MEXICAN PIZZA is back!
This location is great! You always get my order right and everyone is so nice.
