Having experienced homelessness myself, I understand tough situations. However, I felt uneasy when several homeless men approached my car while I was stuck in the drive-thru. Three different men came up to my window asking for money. I offered to buy food for one of them, but he declined and instead asked if I had any change in my car. That felt quite bold. I eventually purchased a soda for one of the men and asked the employee to pass it to him since I didn't want to lower my window. The worker rolled his eyes and said, “Seriously? Fine! I guess I’ll do it!” Call me picky, but isn’t that part of his job? I definitely won’t be coming back.
I went to Taco Bell in Natomas to place an order and paid for everything with chicken, but when I received my meal, it was all beef instead. I was really disappointed when I got ready to eat my lunch. I'll be returning tomorrow to file a complaint. My receipt shows that I ordered chicken and was charged extra for it.
I spent my entire lunch waiting in the drive-thru, and there were only two cars ahead of me! I didn’t even bother paying for my food because by the time I got it, I was already late getting back to work. Fast food service isn’t complicated, but the management at this location is a complete joke.
Lately, my experience at the Taco Bell near my house has been inconsistent. My orders have often been rushed, and as a former employee, I can tell when the food has been sitting too long on the hot line. However, the customer service is excellent, especially during the afternoon.

I placed an online order through the app and didn't receive all of my items. The service was careless and didn't meet my expectations. When I tried to call them, there was no answer. I am going to delete the Taco Bell app, stop ordering from them, and reach out to corporate.
A fantastic restaurant with a welcoming staff! They have consistently prepared every order accurately, and the service is quick.
You know it's not a good sign when Taco Bell is cheaper than McDonald's.
