I?d give them a negative if I could. This place always has a broken freeze machine. They made our meal wrong and after driving back to have it corrected they literally made it incorrectly again and the same way they did the first time! Clearly this is ourmistake for trusting that someone knows how to make a simple fast food meal, but track record time and time again has shown usdifferently. There have been other disappointments with the meals they?ve given us like not enough chicken or cheese in thequesadillas, etc. This might be a close location for us, but I think it?s worth the gas to drive to the other Taco Belllocations in the area. This Taco Bell location is one of the worst I've ever been to. I highly recommend avoiding this place. On three separate occasions, our delivery orders were either missing items, prepared incorrectly, or both. The first time, they forgot to include three crunchy tacos in my 3 taco combo. The second time, they missed two large drinks and a burrito. The third and final time I ordered from them, they forgot two burritos and made my grilled cheese burrito incorrectly. Even when I ordered chips, they only brought me the cheese dip without the chips. I ordered 2 bean burritos with green sauce, but they were missing onions, cheese, and a scoop of ground beef that I paid for. When I got home to eat, I noticed these missing ingredients. Unfortunately, I couldn't drive back to the restaurant because I have a few lights out on my car. While eating, I noticed a strange taste but thought it might be a new green sauce. A few hours later, I started throwing up, had diarrhea, and developed a bad headache. I plan on speaking with a manager to get a refund, and may take further action if necessary. My name is Teresa. I'm pretty sure they're good if you are in the Drive-Thru before 10:00 p.m. but if you order off of doordash GrubHub or Postmates after that they're going to screw your order up cuz typical night shift people they Don't really Care once it's close to closing time spent 20 bucks on some burritos and a couple dorito tacos that even Doritos tacos when they showed up they send me orange juice instead of mountain dew and my chips and cheese were stale it was a $5 order I would have said nothing about it but I spent over 20 bucks Reserva una mesa ahora
extremely rude, unprofessional employees. I have uploaded my card for dinge that I do not get look at her bank statements! be careful! a baptism 17-19 year old children work here, hear super loud music, joking around, inappropriate circumventing with the card reader. I tried to complain to the manager they claimed they called me back, but there are no records. they called to submit a formal complaint and was told that this is not the first time they heard about the location. it's really good.
I have been to this Taco Bell three times now and it is the worst one in the area. I try to keep my expectations realistic, but each time I have been disappointed. The food has had significantly less filling than other Taco Bells I have visited, with most of it being tortilla. Some items were not heated properly. Additionally, the fountain drinks all have a hint of a bad chemical taste, indicating that the nozzles are not cleaned regularly. Overall, I would not recommend this location.
This was my first time getting takeaway from this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed to find that all the food was rock solid. I couldn't even bite into a single taco or burrito because everything seemed old. I'm concerned that serving old food is not only unsafe but also potentially hazardous to customers' health. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future. This incident occurred on October 28, 2022, between 11:40pm-12am.
Went through the drive though got home to eat my chalupa. I opened up to put some hot sauce in and all it had was a smidgen of meat on each end, some sour cream mixed with 10 pieces of lettuce and baby pinch of cheese. After a long day, I decided to indulge in a chalupa at this restaurant. However, when I opened it up, I was disappointed to find very little meat, some acidic cream, a few pieces of salad, and a tiny sprinkle of cheese. It seemed like someone had hastily put it together with little care. I wanted to take a picture to show how unappetizing it looked, but I couldn't bring myself to eat it. It was a terrible experience.
