Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

I have a mix of emotions over my experience at this location today. I placed my order at the drive up, 4 items total, 2 burritos and 2 chalupas. I paid $24 and left, I had other stops to make before arriving home. Once home I was handing out food to my children who had asked for Taco Bell to begin with and saw that I was missing a chalupa. I called expecting to be able to explain the situation and come to a solution. I called repeatedly for over 15 minutes before the phone was finally answered, the person said he'd get a manager and then I heard someone say in Spanish, tell her there's nothing we can do, and then I was hung up on. This was a very good Taco Bell. The seating area was clean and the food was was what I like about Taco Bell, fast and fresh. Order was done by kiosk so not much staff interaction but they were nice.Parking: Parking free and ample. Bathroom clean and code provided by staff.

The staff that night was great!! We had a big order and the kid working made sure to get everything correct. He even confirmed the order a few times just to make sure…. The manager was super cool too. All around good energy!!

It is a fine place to grab a bite to eat, the only downfall is they ALWAYS send their fries out cold and it's just not enjoyable to get cold fries with hot cheese. Reserva una mesa ahora

Came on Christmas eve evening for drive thru. Food was great and customer service was excellent. Really appreciated that they were open Christmas eve.

It's taco bell food and not much love in it either but the Person who helped us was very nice and curtious which made all the difference.
