I'm in the drive through waiting to put my order in (6min waiting) I finally get to the speaker and a gentleman came on to take my order. I asked him how his night was going he said not good I replied well hopefully your night is over soon He then told me stop talking and just give me your order I was shocked that someone who's in customer service would say something so rude, disturbing and disrespectful, I decided not to go throughwoth my order. When I finally got to the window (13 minutes later) I asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. The prices at Taco Bell are quite standard, but I always receive an excessive amount of sauce packets with my order. When I ask for a few packets, I mean maybe a couple, at most five, not 30! It will take me forever to use up all of these packets. I only ordered 4 or 5 items, so I don't need 5 packets for each item. It's important for Taco Bell to consider the cost and waste associated with including so many sauce packets in every order. They should be more mindful and not give out an excessive amount of packets with each order. If someone orders 4 items, they should receive 8-10 packets, not 30.

I was served a large 5-layer burrito that was reminiscent in size of an El Monterey burrito (half the size of a regular Bark 5 burrito), but unfortunately it tasted like lukewarm cat food. I'm not sure if the meat wasn't prepared correctly, but I was really disappointed. To make matters worse, my drink turned out to be flat carbonated water instead of the soda I was expecting. The staff need some serious retraining on how to prepare food properly. Overall, it was the worst tasting and possibly not up to standard Taco Bell experience I've ever had.

The staff is really friendly, so I can't give this place a low rating, but it's strange that this Taco Bell is regularly closed during business hours. I visited on a weekday at 7 p.m. and they were closed without explanation. It could be due to short staffing, so I won't dwell on it. Like most fast food restaurants, not everything they serve is perfect, but the overall food quality meets Taco Bell standards. Taco Bell y’all should pay your employees better so you don’t have to close due to lack of employees. I don’t blame the working class, I blame Taco Bell for not providing a livable wage. Be better.

good service, they have improved since my last review definitiw. some items are occasionally forgotten. the lobby remains closed. other locations in the environment have an open lobby to immerse.

Long wait. People cutting in line to walk through the drive-thru. Chaos within the staff, not knowing one order from another. Food was cold. It used to be a great location, but I'd avoid it now.
