Manager was very ride and obviously racist. I will never return to this taco bell. No cheese between the shellson the cheesy gordita crunch and the inside hard shell was completly crushed. He told me and my Co worker that we had to order on the in lobby tablet. A we are trying to navigate it to see the menu another gentleman approached the counter and he immediately comes over and takes his order. After he finished we re approach the counter as we did not have a card to use at the tablet and just wanted to order off the visible menu. Food has always been good. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service as usual, but i did not receive all the food items that I had ordered payed for. Although they seemed to be on the ball they F*CKED UP MY ORDER! I usually ignore this but this is the 3rd time in six months they've left out something I've payed for. I will absolutely be going back to this location (Old Hickory Blvd I40)this location is ran well. I've had poor and really slow experiences at other location. This location is better than others. I will most definitely be checking my drive though bag to insure my oder has been filled completely.
I have tried this location three or four times because it is closer to my home than other Taco Bell stores. I was disappointed the last two visits when ingredients were left off my tacos. Ingredients for which I paid extra. I guess I will have to go alittle out of my way in the future to ensure my meal is correct. Well, that or begin opening the wrappers to check their work.
normally, when I order online, other taco bell stalls wait until I arrived to make my food. he decided to do it before I arrived. when I got it, my food was cold and stuck on the packaging. I wanted to call. no answer. will not come to this place again. $10 and my time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at this Taco Bell location. Everything I ordered was prepared perfectly and exactly as requested. I felt compelled to leave a review because the service was truly outstanding and I couldn't overlook it.
My husband and I eat Taco Bell quite a lot! This location is very clean and the food is always hot and fresh! They have great customer service and we will definitely be back again!
I ordered through the app and waited shortly in Drive thru for my order. Everything was made correctly and sauces were not forgotten.
Super friendly and clean. I thought I'd have to use the kiosk to order, but Jessica offered to take our order at the front. Good job!
