Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

Big experience in this taco bell! I went around 19/9/22 at 14:45 a.m. today. by the drive thru. when I paid for my eating, I asked the guy in the window whether there would be hot sauce in the bag and he said that you did not ask for hot soße in very rude wise. He even asked me when I ordered my food when I wanted to eat hot soak and I said yes! I could not believe how rude he was, and the total lack of customer service. that was just the beginning, I ordered cinnamon twists that were disgusting and totally stone! so stale that you couldn't even bite it! I also ordered chips and cheese. there were literally only 4 chips in the pocket and there was a long black hair in the pocket of chips! so...

The staff was very friendly and quick to assist when one of our orders was incorrect. However, there was an issue with the management's decision to have a worker take orders with an iPad in the heat. It didn't seem to be an efficient way for employees to communicate, especially during a nationwide heat wave. When we inquired about this, we were told it was a management decision for better efficiency, but it resulted in incorrect orders and delays in service. The situation was chaotic and not what customers would typically expect. Overall, it was a strange experience at this restaurant.

This has got to be my least favorite Taco Bell, I don't eat Taco bell that often but when I do I'm definitely going for that perfect taco bell taco, or I recently I found I like nacho fries. But this one just never seems to have hot food, Luke warm at best. And I lived next to it for like 4 years. You would think I'd just go somewhere else, but I'm confident they will get right one of these times. It's probably just my timing.

won't go back. Had to explain my order 3 times and when I got home it was still wrong. Ordered Taco supreme, got regular tacos with barely any meat, lettuce and cheese. I could literally break the top half of the taco off and it was still barely a taco. No receipt, Burrito Supreme was lacking as well. MEH. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our order was incorrectly charged, I hate saying anything, but madelynn was approachable, friendly, professional corrected the mistake quickly.She was also training some one was able to make it a training opportunity multitasked like a pro making our experience quick easy!Thank you!!!

The workers are great but corporate is now charging 1.70 for a burrito that used to cost 1 dollar and the burrito is half the size it used to be. They are literally scamming us. I for one am no longer a taco bell consumer.

Something's wrong when I go. they have to go fast to compete with other stores, so their eating is wrong. old salate and tomato. the bark tastes like cleaning products. I'm not crazy, just disappointed.

The restaurant's main focus is on providing a fast drive-thru service, rather than delivery or dine-in options. With only 6 employees, dining at the restaurant is not a common occurrence for them. Reserva una mesa ahora

They gotta hire more employees. The current ones are extremely slow and also rude. Very poor management.Compared to other Taco Bell’s in the area, this one is the worst.

The staff make a genuine effort to ensure customers have the best experience possible. This Taco Bell is one of my favorites.
