Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

I have had mostly positive experiences after visiting Taco Bell five times. Taco Bell is usually our go-to for fast food. This particular Taco Bell location is clean, and the employees consistently do a great job taking our orders and ensuring everything is included in our meal. However, during one visit, they forgot to include my wife's food, which caused some trouble for me. I appreciate the new value menu with items split into $1, $2, and $3 options.

This particular Taco Bell is clean and the staff always do a great job ensuring our orders are correct and complete. However, on one occasion, they forgot my wife's meal, which caused some inconvenience. I appreciate the new value menu items at $1, $2, and $3. Overall, a good choice for a quick and affordable meal.

Ordered a steak quesadilla and 2 crunchy tacos. Got charged almost 10 dollars for it. Got home and realized that they didn't put the tacos in the bag. Tried calling and no one answered. This is the third time this year I've had a similar problem. I'm not sure if this is a sneaky ploy to slowly make extra profit on tiny mistakes or if this location is truly that incompetent. Getting pretty frustrated though...

Used to not be good (staff, food was always good) but now she says have a taco-tastic day haha! Very funny! the work of the window seemed upset when I asked for a drink carrier. it obviously has distracted her so much that she does not include straw or serviettes with our order.
