I ordered food through Uber Eats and had a terrible experience with the night shift staff. I drove 6 miles to the restaurant only to be told at the window that they didn't have my customer's order. My customer mentioned that multiple drivers had canceled on them. When I suggested waiting for the order to appear, the person at the window suddenly claimed that another driver had already picked it up. It seems like the staff was lazy and uninterested in working.
