Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

I ordered from this location last night, and when the order was delivered, it was completely wrong. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager on duty, named Michael. Michael did not make excuses, he made it right. He took accountability, assured me that he was working with his staff to improve order accuracy without blaming anyone. He then offered for me to come pick up the correct order that night or today. I went in today, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They were out of Baja blast, so he gave me two Baja blast freezes in substitution for my large drink. Michael deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise!

Every Taco Bell doesn't put enough sour cream on the tacos, and not enough meat in the food don't like Taco Bell anymore, not going backtried it one more time differently. Don't like Taco Bell ask for extra sour cream for the taco supreme they only put very little sour cream, no extragot very upset not doing their job right. 13 other people said the same thing wrong orders in the drive thru and not very nice.

Everyone was friendly and pleasant. The amount of time it took to order and receive my order was decent. The taco's were rolled up nicely and placed in the bag neatly instead of tossed in like I have encountered at other Taco Bell.

We used the drive thru. Service and food were great. Food was hot. Mostly always this way at this location. A little expensive for what ya get.

Worst taco bell ever, tacos had less than teaspoon of meat/ shells were cracked..3rd time...last time.. do not recommend this taco
