So I went there tonight and was a little bit short on the cash needed to pay for my meal! The manager… ‘unsure of his name’ dug into his own pocket and decided to help me pay the remaining amount needed for the meal I wanted! I am beyond grateful for this establishment/ the management/ and all the workers here who are always beyond respectful and courteous towards me! Compared to a year or 2 ago this place has completely done a 180 and it’s safe to say I will be coming back multiple times a week to get my hard shell beef tacos! I can 't believe the ashtray lady still works there after the previous reviews. So, I order in the drive through and I pull up to the window and she hands me my sprite and I hand her my card to pay. I get a whiff and then after holding my card for 2-4 seconds she hands it back. It wreaks like a cigarette/dirty ashtray sane as her. So I don 't even bother with the food. I don 't eat food served from an ashtray. So I drove off without it! That 's how bad she wreaks of a dirty ashtray that hasn 't been cleaned in a month. You can have that $10! I threw my drink in the lawn without ever taking even opening the ashtray smelling straw she handed me. My 17 year old son smelled my card and said UGH!...
Since the Middletown Taco Bell opened last year, my experiences have been extremely disappointing. The staff appear to be poorly trained, and they often don't know how to properly prepare the menu items. My orders are consistently incorrect, and the level of customer service is lacking. This location desperately needs better management, and Taco Bell corporate should provide more effective training for their employees. Every time I've ordered from here, something has gone wrong. Next time, I think I’ll take the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Taco Bell in Newark. As a longtime Taco Bell fan, I feel confident in my assessment.
Boycotted this location before. Thought new management would fix it.Still the same problems. They do not put nearly enough ingredients in the tortillas.Gave it one more try and ordered extra meat and cheese hoping to at least get enough of that. They charged us for the extras and then gave us crunchwraps so thin, you could feel that it was almost nothing but tortilla through the wrapper. I am not exaggerating when I say there was about a tablespoon of meat in there.

I had the misfortune of visiting Taco Bell the other evening when the young ladies behind the counter took the opportunity to mock and laugh at a young man who seemed to have special needs. It was not only unprofessional, it was unkind and uncomfortable to witness. I wish I had demanded to see the manager and report these little ! ÷ . Shame on them and their food wasn 't good either.
Someone should really put this Taco Bell out of its misery. They're always out of everything and the wait in the drive thru is usually a good half hour because it takes them an average of 8 minutes to serve each car (not exaggerating, literally timed it one day... .
Ridiculous . No one ever answers the phone...Posters all over about the return of Mexican Pizza, but does not have the ingredients. Ordered 20 tacos for work, 6 had no meat in them. Poorly run..
Definitely an insult to the term fast food . People standing around not doing anything while i wait for 10 mins to get 1 combo meal... and I was the only person in inside.

The chips were terrible—just crumbs and very hard. However, the new Shredded Beef Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco was incredibly tasty, and everything else was quite good.
We all know the reason we go to Taco Bell. It's not high-end dining, but it really satisfies. I'm a big fan of the Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos.
