Horrible. A guy talks first. I say five me a minute. No problem. When I want to order he doesn't answer me then he says give him a minute. Then a girl comes on the speaker. I tell her my order three times clearly and loudly because gets it wrong everytine when she repeats it. Finally she gets it right. Then when I drive thru a guy helps me at the window. I don't understand why these people should be getting $20 an hour or $22 an hour. They are not friendly and they can't get a simple one item order right. Imagine if I ordered more than one item. Wow! Del Taco, train your employees better, please. That's why people don't eat fast food. It's expensive and the servers are not competent.
The low rating it was due to poor housekeeping, air conditioner leaking water onto a bucket seat and other bench back rest, and for not offering the Lower cost deals that the franchise advertise on tv commercials. The same employee was working the counter and the drive through which was not appropriate, took too long to order and food making took too long too. Not a good experience at Taco Bell Farview/Edinger in Santa Ana.
I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell tonight. I went there for some tacos, but they were quite unappetizing. I ultimately had to go back to ask for a refund. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.
Make sure you use the app to get better deals. That's my best advice to everyone who reads this review. There is a special deal only on the app.

Taco Bell closes at midnight, but there was no one there at 11:15 PM. Please update the store hours online and on the store window.

Taco Bell is too expensive. Del Taco offers better value with lower prices and larger portions, plus they have a value menu.
Taco Bell is a fantastic place for tacos and their entire menu. The service is fast, and the prices are very affordable.
