Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

When we got to the window, they told us to pull forward, but they didn't give us our drinks. After moving forward, they brought out the food, but we still didn't have any drinks. We had to go through the drive-thru a second time to get our drinks, and they forgot one of them, so we had to back up a little to retrieve it. By the time we finally got all our food, several of the tacos were made incorrectly, and the quesadilla was still cold with unmelted cheese. At that point, we just decided to eat it instead of going to the window for a fourth time. To top it off, I asked for my receipt but never received it.

When we finally reached the ordering box, we placed an order for two tacos and two bean burritos. However, when we got to the pickup window, the staff member wasn't very friendly, almost like we were keeping her from going home, which was off-putting. We drove off and started eating on the way, but the food was nothing special. Both taco shells were broken, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, about 45 minutes later, both my husband and I began to feel sick to our stomachs. Thankfully, we managed to find a Circle K to help deal with what felt like some minor food poisoning.

I go to the Caseyville location often and normally don't have a n issue but yesterday my mom and I went. It was between 1-2:00pm and the lobby was filthy. The tables were dirty. They had no napkins. The soda machine area was completely wet. The food was fine and correct. Before leaving I went into the bathroom and there was black stuff on the floor and the toliet was dirty. I had to turn around and leave. The workers in the grill area seemed to be having more fun being loud then take care of their location.

If I could put -5 that's what they need .! First this place was not clean and no paper in the toilet about 5 employ was on the back talking and keep telling me will be there soon I was there for 9 min and didn't get no Service they didn't even come to the front to ask what I want . Really hope the boss's will put few white workers so we can try Taco Bell brake fast . Reserva una mesa ahora

THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Their costumer service is trash! The food was terrible! Hard shell tacos were smashed into pieces. Nothing on the crunch wrap supreme but sour cream and a tiny bit of meat. Must be a trend with Caseyville because their McDonalds is trash too!

Terrible service by Kenya at the window and terrible food overall. Unfortunately, they were also out of about half of their menu. Even with what they did have available, they still gave us the wrong order. Very disappointed.

The drive-thru experience was quite disappointing. There were signs indicating that masks were required, yet the woman handing me my food wasn't wearing one. Additionally, their politeness left much to be desired.

Lazy workers don't listen and don't know the menu. Needs better management! They're not friendly and not helpful. Management needs to teach the workers about T-Mobile Tuesday. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is absolutely ridiculous! I've been stuck in this drive thru unable to get out for 20 minutes and still waiting!!!!! I've never seen anything so slow! Never ever go here!

Be careful when it's snowing or raining lots of rain will come in your window in the drive through. Don't roll your window down until your at the window!
