Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

The manager at this location is really unprofessional. I placed an order, and my dasher had to wait over an hour, only to discover that the manager, who was the only staff member present (so I understand he was overwhelmed), had given our food to someone else. When our dasher asked for the order to be remade so we could finally receive it, he was yelled at, denied the order, and had the drive-thru window shut in his face. I could hear everything happening over the phone while I was speaking with my dasher. It was a complete failure in customer service, and I never received my food.

They forget the sauce at least 80% of the time. I’ve received the wrong drink (which was quite obviously not what I ordered) or had missing drinks about 50% of the time. Many items are often underfilled, like a bean burrito that contains less than a tablespoon of beans, or quesadillas where half of it has no filling at all. Some items arrive completely soaked in grease, as if they left a tortilla sitting on a grease-covered grill without cleaning it. Without a doubt, this is the worst Taco Bell in the greater LA County area.

I had an excellent experience at this Taco Bell location. It was so good that I not only enjoyed lunch here, but I returned the very next day for breakfast! The service was quick and friendly both days. Even with the self-ordering station, the whole process was efficient and fast. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Taco Bell, and it's definitely worth a visit if you're nearby.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The beef was fresh and cooked to perfection, infused with the best blend of spices and seasonings I've ever had. The cheese was freshly grated, and the lettuce was crisp and tasted like it just came from the farm. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Reserva una mesa ahora

This location is pretty good about the food they serve. I recently had a problem but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. The shift manager there on Sunday the 6th of September at 8:30pm went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left. Thank you .

Fabulous people. Very polite and accommodating with dietary restrictions. Food was exactly what I asked for. The restaurant was clean and in good repair. The ambient music was great. You can tell that the people there really care about the details.

Two days ago, we visited this restaurant for the first time, but it certainly won’t be the last. We had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent service, great food and drinks, and easy payment process. We will definitely be returning soon!

They forgot to include the sodas I ordered. The taco and burrito were good, though. My delivery driver said they didn’t give her the sodas, so it wasn’t her fault. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's Taco bell, they did forget my sauces in the drive through but were helpful in helping me decide on a product
