I called the store around 8:30 am to see if they were open because it says they open at 8am but I know it?s a holiday so anything could change. I was told that they were open and then I come to the drive thru and no one is answering the speaker. Icall again and the same guy answered saying yes they were open so I told him I?m at the drive thru and no one is answering andhe just hangs up in my face and no one still answers. I pull up the the drive thru window I was given attitude and then toldthey weren?t opening till 10:30 am. I just wanted to try that $5 bell breakfast meal. This was my first time coming to thislocation so this was definitely a horrible first impression.
This Taco Bell is literally a joke lol today at 8 pm I was told they could not take my order because they are making orders for other people who have already ordered and told me I had to wait, which I then replied it was fine I could wait and then I was told that I couldn’t wait there I had to leave and come back when they were ready.
I asked for no plain items, but instead they added extra plain ones. My food was cold, and I found a small piece of hair in it; if it hadn't been roasted, I probably wouldn't have noticed. The staff was rude and spoke directly in my face. I also asked for cinnamon twists, but they told me they were out, even though I saw plenty left.
This location is horrible!! They are always out of something of they are actually open or selling food. You cant order at the counter just at the kiosk. I went there yesterday and was told we couldn 't order anything fried. Today tried to order a Nacho Bell Grande and what told We can 't do that . Please close this location!!

Everything was good. The only reason I ordered Taco Bell on vacation was because Taco Bell in Myrtle Beach South Carolina actually sells the chili cheese burrito which is one of my favorites. We do not have that in Georgia but yes everything was good and I was pleased with my food.
They are very rude. Good was cold and my taco shells were old. I have never be able too go too this Taco Bell and the food be fresh. And then I was turned away cause I had a big bill. I don't understand how a restaurant can't afford too break a big billand have too refuse a guest.

I said no beans and they put extra bean then the food was cold and it had a little piece of hair in it if it wasn't for it's redness I wouldn't have noticed it then they were rude and lied straight to my face saying we ran out of cinnamon twist when Isaw many still left

The restaurant is exceptionally clean. However, I found that the employee did not follow instructions regarding my order. I spent $40 to upgrade all my meat, only to get home and find that everything was just the basic option.
