This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. For at least the last 6 months they have had their lobby closed but you would never know it, till you get out of your car and walk up to locked doors. No lobby closed signs or drive thru only signs on the doors. The only way to tell that the drive thru was open was to either drive into it and take your chances or sit around for a while and see if any cars were actually going thru it. Today, June 24, 2022, they finally had a Lobby Closed sign on the door. So when I did an online order tonight, I had two choice on the website lobby walk in or drive thru. Of course, I picked drive thru because I knew the lobby was closed. Well...
I have had issues with my orders at this restaurant about 75% of the time. I frequently find myself having to go back to resolve mistakes. Today, I specifically didn't ask for cheese because my niece is allergic. When I got home, I discovered that they had messed up my order yet again. I had to return to the restaurant because the staff claimed they hadn't included any cheese, but that was the issue to begin with. I wouldn’t have bothered to drive back for just two tacos if they had done it correctly in the first place. I won't be eating at this Taco Bell again; it’s the worst. Thank you.
I used to work at this restaurant a while back, and it's frustrating to see so many rude customers in the reviews spreading false information about the place. The staff is often short-handed, and we don't have enough managers. Every employee here is underpaid and overworked to the point where we sometimes don’t get breaks after a 10-hour shift. If you think your food is “wrong,” then why do you keep coming back? We don't need your business, so feel free to spend your money elsewhere. Also, please stop ordering Mexican pizzas, quesitos, and beef burritos because we no longer sell them!
I waited for 10 minutes while they kept my credit card behind the counter, only to be told that their card reader wasn't working. Then they informed me that they would only accept cash while my food was sitting there. I asked if I could eat since I hadn't brought cash, and the staff member said, "Let me ask my manager." Unfortunately, the manager said no. I then had to remind them that they still hadn't returned my credit card. I've had a terrible experience here, and I expected the manager to handle the situation more effectively.

Went there tonight at 8:50 pm, after being told at another Taco Bell that they were out of beans and THIS Taco Bell said they were closed. When my husband question them they said they have a range of when they close, being between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM. WTF? Taco Bell does NOT have a range for a closing time! Ridiculous! When my husband told him that was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard they said there was nothing they could do for him. So he drove to a THIRD Taco Bell to get our daughters bean burritos! That 's insane!
I was going to go through the drive through at this location but changed my mind when I arrived.When I arrived the line in the drive through was very long. I thought maybe they are just busy.While waiting in line, I looked over to see not one but 3 employees outside smoking at the same time. Meanwhile the line grew longer.Furthermore, one of the employees had a cigarette in one hand while his other hand was down his pants.I will never visit this location again.
Everytime we come here they mess up our order. We will drive further to a more competent taco bell going further. Today r for someone else's order in addition to ours and everything my household order was wrong..... every single item. Obviously management or ownership doesn't care based on the low over all rating of this location.
Literally the worst fast food experience of my life. Waited in the drive thru for over 1 hour. There were only 4 cars in front of me. Waited at the window for 25 minutes for my 5 items. Got charged for a drink i didn't order. This place will not be in business for much longer.???????
