Im not one to complain usually so this is quite upsetting.So, I have gone to this taco bell for a while now. I've ordered food in the past and for the most part everything was fine. However, over the past couple of months I've gone and ordered from this location my order is ALWAYS getting messed up.Last time I went in for just a drink I wanted, that was the cherry sunrise freeze and was given a just a cherry icee. Before that I ordered for takeout and they were missing items. This time was the last straw for me, I had a decently large order as it was for three people. My husband suggested that we go to taco bell for dinner and I agreed. Little that we knew there 's wayyy to many young people working there. The cashier seams like he was in another world. I placed my order first, I request a Mexican Pizza which was sold out, so I asked for a Beef Chalupa and my husband ask for a Chicken Burrito with cheese, beans, and rice. Also a Chicken cheese quesadilla. He gave us the total it came out to $5.79. And I asked him Did you forget about my order which he did. So he rang it up it came out to $15.30. So when we got home there were two burritos in the bag. One burrito had nothing but beans on it and the other one had chicken, rice, cheese on it. Now mind you wh...
Store on 59th and Northern. One of the worst experiences ever. Do not go there. Over priced. Prices on website do not match prices on drive thru or what we were charged. $44.00 for 12 piece family meal. 6 fish 6 chicken. And it's no longer chicken planks, it's tenders. Most 1x3 inches. And dry as hell. Charged extra for hush puppies which should have been included. And no Tatar sauce. Was told they ran out and no shipment until tomorrow. Will never go back and want a full refund for food money and time wasted.
A few weeks ago, we went there to get diamond-back tacos, but they informed us that their soda machines were down. I told them that it wasn't a problem and asked if I could just buy the tacos. However, they simply said no and then ignored me. I’ve been a loyal customer since the restaurant opened and have always been happy with them—until recently.

I always end up waiting about 30 minutes just to have my order taken. It seems like the drive-thru is their main priority. I wish they would pay more attention to the people waiting inside. I've had to remind them multiple times to take my order, and this has happened on several occasions.
My husband and I went through the drive thru right before they closed and expected to find unhappy people who wanted to rush us out. We were pleasantly surprised by very friendly smiling faces who had our large order ready to go and bonus it was all correct! Kudos to the crew tonight!
Manager Diana messed my order up by putting two separate combos together in one box I went back she made a big deal about it for about 10 minutes and sent me back with the wrong order again. If I can post without a start I would unfortunately I have to put one star.
Night staff not good. They didn't know what fresco style bean burritos was. Asked for a plain cheese casidia and they still gave me beef. I don't have this problem when I go here for lunch... They know what fresco style is

this place has never made all drinks available. at least put a sign on or announce that before people start ordering! probably better to go on. the third time and they screwed up again.
