I have never been to a fast food restraunt with such terrible and rude employees. I had been to this location before and the first time I had to make a full circle around the building because no one would speak to you at the speaker. Today, they also took awhile to speak and once I finally ordered my food (I have ordered the same exact thing the same way for about 10 years) the lady very rudely asked so you want the combo meal? And when I said yes,she again very rudely said, “Well you ain’t say it like that”. I was appalled by the rudeness that I drove away, as this has NEVER happened to me in my life. Manager needs to seriously reevaluate who’s working there.
1.Customer service need to be more patient/understanding.Maybe I just happen to come in your business establishment at the wrong moment.2. Prices are consistent with other similar type fast food restaurants offering same or similar type food products.3. The restraunt/bathroom was very clean smelling fresh.4. There weren't many ppl ordering/dining when I was there, but the atmosphere was quite/peaceful while I had my lunch.5. Although I've given your business establishment a 4+ rating/review, I'd still recommend Taco Bell (Jennings, La. to family, friends, or the general public.Parking: Plenty of parking space.
I ordered 2 steak burritos and a double beef burrito with no sour cream. When we got home to eat them, my 2 steak burritos were beef, and my double beef had a lot of sour cream on it. Taco bell you're paying to much for workers who can't even read the screen right or pack the food. What a
This place was terrible. They wouldn't take your order directly; instead, you had to order at a stand-up counter. It was an unpleasant experience, and the employees were rude.

Awesome customer service even when under staffed (always seems the case which is a bit messed up) they do the best that they can and the food is always good.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Chairs can be shifted away from tables to accommodate wheelchairs.
In my last two visits, I was shorted one taco supreme each time. Additionally, they never provide enough taco sauce!
Order was correct and staff was friendly.
