Does Taco Bell read these reviews? I tried using their contact us form on their website, which wouldn 't submit:Today, I ordered a Mexican Pizza (good) and crunchwrap (my fave). Both specified vegan. I ordered from a kiosk from the Veggie Cravings menu, so ensured my order would use black beans instead of beef.Well, when I ate my crunchwrap at home, I realized I was eating meat. This saddened me please, please train your staff to be attentive to the word beans and not to confuse that with beef. Please help your team to understand why people ordering from the veggie menu might be upset to bite into meat, and be more CAREFUL reading orders.
Terrible customer service. We wanted to change an item since they got our order wrong, and she started cursing us out, and refused to serve us food. As we were leaving the drive thru, she came outside and continued to curse. Asked for her name and it is supposedly Joann. While we were driving away she kept on screaming Bye Felicia and B*tch so rude.. Don 't come here. She is the worst.This was Saturday at 7:50 pm.
They definitely prefer having customers order through a kiosk, whereas other locations offer both kiosk and counter service. I was able to get a receipt at the counter, but I never received an e-receipt. Also, they open at 8 AM, while other locations open around 7 AM, so keep this in mind if you're planning a road trip near the freeway.
I received the wrong order through the drive-thru and when I told them I was missing TWO tacos, they didn’t believe me. They insisted on checking my bag and counting the tacos as if I couldn’t count. After confirming I was right, they didn’t even apologize. They can keep their two tacos!

This rating has nothing to do with the food quality, its always decent. My grip is with the pricing at this location. It's the highest in the area and I don't mean 50cent, but a buck or two. Shame on the owner right across from a HS. Greed. When enoughenough. Time to give back.
I had to go back to the restaurant to retrieve my daughter's forgotten meal. When I asked for a replacement for my cold food, the staff responded rudely. Now, I'm worried there might be something off about my meal. This experience was really disappointing.

We were disappointed by the price increase compared to the portion sizes, but since we chose fast food that night, it wasn’t surprising. The interior was very clean, and the service was quick, so overall, it was a good choice.

I try to give Taco Bell a fair chance. Yet they continue to disappoint me. Last visit all I ordered was a black coffee at the drive thru and I got a coffee that was with lots of sugar inside. Glad I am not a diabetic. Yuck!
So impersonal!!!! I walked inside and had to order on a board. No one to help. This is supposedly corporate…. You are greedy! Not using employees and raising prices.
