Upon I entering I go to counter because the 2 kiosk are pre occupied by customers who are having a little difficulty using the device . The guy at counter who was knelt down stands up and says if I can use kiosk I said I would but it's occupied so I continue waiting on guest who are using kiosk. A girl from mountain mikes comes in and must be a friend of Taco Bell employee who is smiling as they talk he takes her order I said oh now your open. He then offers to take my order now that he opens for the young lady I decline . I think if your kiosk are occupied cashier need to be readily available to customers. The restaurant was clean, and the food was perfectly prepared. The cashier was friendly and repeated my order to confirm it was correct. It's a great spot for a quick meal at a fast-food place. This location is fantastic. On 10/29/21, I made a special trip to this Taco Bell for crispy tacos, only to find it closed due to understaffing. There was no notice on the door, and the website still indicated dine-in service was available. I recommend calling ahead to avoid disappointment. It was frustrating to arrive and receive no service. The reputation is fading and needs a refresh. Recent update as of 05/01/22: This Taco Bell is now fully operational. Welcome back!
I usually frequent this Taco Bell location for takeout and have always had good experiences with the staff and their service. However, about an hour ago, I tried the new spicy chalupa, and sadly, it didn't live up to my expectations. It felt more like a standard taco, especially since I also ordered a taco supreme. The meal had a lot of vegetables but very little meat, as shown in the photo below. It didn't match the expectations set by its name or the pictures I had seen. Because of this, I had to deduct a star from my rating. I hope this was just an isolated incident.
I was quite disappointed with my experience. There was no human interaction when placing my order—I had to use their self-service ordering screen. Personally, I didn't feel comfortable using it. I believe that when you visit a fast food restaurant, there should be a staff member at the cashier ready to take your order, rather than expecting customers to do it themselves. What's next? Will I have to make my own food and pay for it if I decide to return?

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, including the women's restroom, which is rare for early afternoon. What impressed me most was how they handled a system outage with their front-end devices. The manager and team worked seamlessly together, expertly managing the busy flow of orders like true pros. Throughout it all, they maintained constant smiles and a positive attitude. They had a lot to handle, but they did it brilliantly.
The food was delivered to me undercooked, I changed my chalupa because it was not fresh and was very hard, the cashier was rude and not very polite, I waited 20 minutes for my order, there were no customers in the restaurant only me, there were no cars waiting for orders, very bad customer service, they delivered my order late and poorly made, I received my order because I asked for it
I had a really unpleasant experience with the customer service at Taco Bell. To be fair, I didn't plan on writing a review today, but Google prompted me to do so. As I write this, I'm in a bit of discomfort, dealing with diarrhea, which makes me wonder if there's a connection.
Kid-friendliness: This location is very welcoming to children. My kids absolutely love Taco Bell in Southern Northern California; they find all the food delicious! Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample space inside for scooters.

I'll never go to this place again. They said that they wouldn't serve me if I didn't use their electronic touch screen menu. No human contact allowed!
