I visited the restaurant today at 10:20 to place an order, and the staff was quite rude. They informed me that they were only serving customers through the drive-through, but when I inquired about placing an online order—since there was a sign indicating it was allowed—I was met with a brusque request to leave the lobby and go through the drive-through instead. It was frustrating to encounter such rudeness, especially as they seemed to ignore the signage that clearly stated mobile orders were accepted. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily unpleasant and poorly managed.
First time I heard about the $5.00 craving boxes that you can customize a box or get the regular one. For only $5.00!!!!! I use the app n I got 2 free rewards So if you want to try a craving box check out their app or website. I didn't go inside and always drive thru so idk the atmosphere would be inside. But at the window to pick up it was very friendly. ??Parking: I always go to the one on N West st. Lima. Never had to wait.
Almost everyone here was nice, had a nice talk with an employee on break, the blonde hair manager of shift on dec 30 at 3:30 was the worst, yelling at employees and customers, creating a toxic workplace, 4 or 5 stars without this lady there
I've never received the correct order. There's always something off. For instance, the last time I ordered, my cravings box had the cheese but no chips. Quite strange!

I’m not sure how this restaurant remains open with such poor food quality, slow service, and high prices.
Went through the drive thru ordered the #1, tacos. I have to say those were the freshed Taco Bell tacos.
After their menu change and price raise they removed student discounts for unoh students too.
I worked here. Dont go here it sucks
