This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell on the Eastern Shore and Annapolis area! We have a family of seven so we usually drop $60-$100 on fast food out. Spending that kind of money and still being hungry after is a BIG no, no! This Taco Bell stuffstheir tacos, burritos, crunch wraps, power bowls, etc. The old school way of Taco Bell! I've been to so many Taco Bells thatbarely put any food on your order! This spot in Chester is different and the only Taco Bell we will go to. Ps, Do not go to theone in Denton! Rude people, rip off for the lack of food in your tacos, etc.
This Taco Bell is a mess. I mean it's Taco Bell, not a Michelin star restaurant. There are only a few ingredients that make up the whole menu. Getting all of your order without having it look like dogfood or tasting like it was made last week is a rarity. I now drive 29 miles to the Denton, MD location to get Taco Bell. Come on Taco Bell, you can do better. I just downgraded my review, this Taco Bell can't make anything right, or give you all of your order. I just went there again and the drive through guy must be retarded.
This restaurant is not trucker-friendly. I was unable to place my order at the drive-thru because my tractor trailer wouldn't fit, and there’s construction happening in the dining area. At least Chick-fil-A shows some consideration. I won’t be returning to this location, whether in my personal vehicle or my work truck. I was planning to spend $50, but I ended up going to a great taco truck down the road instead. Just a reminder, Taco Bell – truckers are the ones delivering your supplies.
They made me leave the drive thru and wait in the parking lot for them to get around to making my order. If you stay at the drive thru window it screws up their time out metrics so they scam their own system by making you leave and park to wait. Not doing that again! Either food or back if they want me gone from the window!

Waited over 20 minutes for fast food , still didn 't get served and there was barely anyone there both in the store and the drive through. We got a refund and went to Chick-fil-A down the street, which was way more busy but very good quick service. Tacos don 't take that long at most regular restaurants!
It's Taco Bell. I was traveling and needed a quick bite to eat. One thing I appreciate about Taco Bell is their consistency. The shells are always crispy, and I enjoy the ground beef. However, like many fast-food establishments, the customer service leaves something to be desired, but I expected that.
Bad service and the employees are not giving a good service, all the time they have bad humor and they are making discrimination
Things were going so well...I pay extra for a cantina quesadilla and didn't even get chicken or cheese on it.

This is one of the best Taco Bells around! I often stop here on my way home, and they never disappoint.
Waiting over 20min and there's only 5 people and they can't get anything out to anyone
