I'm really disappointed! I usually come here for a quick lunch or dinner when I'm not sure what to eat. Today, I visited during lunch, which isn't usually busy—just a bit of a line in the drive-thru. I placed my order at the kiosks and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my food. The staff didn't acknowledge the wait or check in on the customers waiting. I saw several customers leave frustrated because no one was assisting them. I was waiting for three orders, which usually only take about four minutes to prepare. This review is not about Taco Bell food it 's about Taco Bell people. Yesterday, I stopped in to grab some tacos for dinner. I place my order and had my money ready when I got to the drive-up window. I nice young lady told me the price which was lower than the order screen had indicated.When I ask if she had given me the correct amount due, she smiled and said, oh I gave you our senior discount .Yes, my grey hair gave me away!I thought to myself, she didn 't have to do...what a nice person. It occurs to me that the owner of that store may have received a little less profit (under $1.00) but they sent off a customer with a very positive feeling. Sadly, service has gone down the toilet at all of the taco bells I go to. I deleted their app and I am done eating their food. Incorrect orders, miniscule servings, people that hand you food withot looking at you or saying thank you. Emplyees dont seem tocare at all about their job and I dont want to eat food prepared by people I don't trust. Yes, there are a few good employees,but the bad ones are ruining it for the whole chain. Adios taco bell. Im makin my own burritos again.
I waited in line for about 5 minutes, but when I finally got to the front, the staff member told me they were closed. I was taken aback, especially after waiting for those 5 minutes. When I pointed out that they were supposed to be open until 10 PM, he just insisted that I must have been at the wrong location. I found his response frustrating and unhelpful. Overall, I would say the service was quite disappointing.

This location is hit or miss. During the day you have your average fast food employees, older, dare i say more mature people. I have gone to this location after 9 pm and the customer service is horroble because they have younger generation running the place. I have pulled in to drivd through and been completely ignored, or the employee was rude. I am not the only person to have this experience.
Good Taco Bell restaurant to visit. Big parking lot next to the old Soup Plantation restaurant. Inside the restaurant was modern and clean. Order was easy with either the kiosk or in-person. There's also a drive-thru. Food was quick and good.Parking: Big parking lot
If you post hours you are open, most customers would expect those hours. I'll never buy anything from Taco Bell. Ever. Gonna try my best to make sure you lose money.

It’s Taco Bell. You don’t go there for great Mexican food. You go there cause it’s late and your hungry. Staff here was pretty cool though.
Ordered online then went in 10min after. The food wasn't ready waited another 10min for them to complete.
