Hands down the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been too. Not only do they consistently get my order wrong, making me drive all the way back there after getting home with the food, the food always is made poorly. If you?re looking for consistency, look no further.The only consistency they are good at is making cold, crushed, and severely under portioned food. Thats assuming if they evenremember to give you your whole order. At first i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may have been under staffedbut then as i went back to have my oder fixed, I saw 8 employees there. They close whenever they feel like it, run out of food frequently, you wait in line forever because they can?t help more than one car at at time. Tonight?s visit took 30+ minutes to be told when I finally got to the speaker they were out of food. Mindyou I placed my order at 8:30 tonight a head of time but the people inside didn?t manually check in my order I was told eventhough I checked in and said I was there. I was told that they only had 2 employees. I understand they maybe short staffed butthat?s not on us as customers, we do not make their schedules! They also charged my account already because the order was placedahead of time so I?m also out $30+ dollars I guess. Do better!

I've gone to this TB and waited in line for about 10 minutes with someone behind me only to be told they were closing early and they would not take my order. They have been out of items like rootbeer and only told me when I was at the window to pick up theorder. Last time there it took several attempts to get my order right when all I was doing was asking for a large drink insteadof a medium. My order still was wrong (came with tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes). And although staff are typicallyfriendly, they always seem short staffed. If this TB wasn't the closest to my house, I would avoid it. I hope they can make acomeback as they use to be awesome.

As a local resident since this restaurant opened, I've been a regular customer, often visiting more than once a week. I usually don't face long wait times in the drive-thru, except during peak dinner hours, which is to be expected when there’s a line of cars. My experiences have consistently been positive, even when I arrive just before closing time. The staff has always been friendly and has never informed me that an item was unavailable. This Taco Bell is impressive—I have no complaints at all. I typically go for the crispy tacos or the Chicken Power Shells, both of which are gluten-free and don't give me any problems. However, I can't comment on the experience for those with celiac disease! The staff is consistently fast, and I really appreciate how quick the drive-thru is.

Every time I?ve come to this location the soft shells are stale and something is ALWAYS messed up with my order. Every single time. Trust me I know finding help is hard but get it together. I?ll definitely be going out of my way to a different Taco Bellnext time.

Toco bell food. If you like it, this is a good one to stop at. Steak buroteo was great. Mango whip was good also.
