I see five-star reviews from people using the drive-thru, but let me tell you, you NEED to see this filthy place from the inside. I was so appalled that I had to take pictures. Thankfully, I just went to pick up an order for Uber Eats and didn't plan to eat there myself—I would NEVER consider dining in! The staff was generally rude, with the exception of the girl at the drive-thru, which explains why she’s the only one getting any praise. Oh, and it took over 22 minutes for me to pick up my order. If it hadn't been for an order over $20, I would have canceled and left. The place also had a terrible smell. There, I've said it, and I've got the photos to back it up!
I visited this Taco Bell at 10:47 PM and ran into some issues while ordering. I wanted to pay for my son’s meal with a credit card and my own with cash, but was told only one transaction per vehicle is allowed. Previously, I had no trouble completing two transactions. There was only one other car ahead of me, and I was otherwise alone in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location and will be sharing this experience with friends and family. I later went to the Taco Bell on 5th Ave N and 34th Street, where I had no problems completing two transactions.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when I tried to substitute a sauce for the chipotle ranch. They charged me extra for the substitution, which is unusual compared to every other place I've been to that offers substitutions for free. This seems like poor business practice and a sign of terrible management. They should consider changing their system to clearly indicate a "substitution" option instead of treating it as an additional charge. After all, removing one item and adding another should be seen as the same, just with different flavors.
I want to take a moment to commend both Miss Debbie and the kitchen staff. Miss Debbie is exceptionally efficient; she clears the line around the building in no time, and the cooks keep up with her speed. I especially appreciate that this is the only place within a 10-20 mile radius that truly understands what I mean when I order a grilled chicken chipotle melt. It's always perfectly folded in half!

This Taco Bell in St. Pete is hands down the best! No matter when I visit, the service is always fast. I really appreciate their consistent vegetarian options, which aren’t commonly found at many fast food places. I've been loyal to Taco Bell for 15 years, and I'm thankful for everything they provide!
This is a fantastic spot for a quick snack! We tried the superior burrito, and it was absolutely delicious. The frozen strawberry banana treat was also amazing. The staff were friendly and provided fast service, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!
The new touchscreens are fantastic, offering a level of order customization that wasn’t possible before. I really appreciate the option to switch the entire menu to vegetarian items, which can then be tailored to be vegan as well.
I always enjoy great service with my orders, and they are always correct. The staff is extremely friendly, and everyone has a positive attitude. It's consistently a wonderful experience. I always opt for this Taco Bell!
