I tried to order 3 chicken chipotle melts (grilled). I was told the can’t do that. I asked why? I was told “because it’s a small item”. I arrived at the window and asked for clarification from manager on duty. I was met with the response “the tortilla is a small” “and it make a mess”. I asked for the persons name and was told an Alia’s “Gabby” for the obvious male that was dressed as a female. Simple to not make a mess in your grill if you don’t press down firmly on handle.. I went through the drive-thru at first she could not understand anything then she couldn't hear me so we pull up to the window. I repeated my order and she couldn't get it right then either so it was a whole bunch of extra stuff on it and then I said let's just start over. She's no. You come inside really rudely and I said no. I'm not coming inside can't you understand me and she said you come inside her window on me so my friend went in and ordered because I was living and came out with half of everything that we ordered but we were charged for the other also. Now when you yourself, knows that if you eat or drink something you know can hurt or kill you,why would you order it up?you wouldn't, right, unless you want to die or get sic,so why would anyone want to do that to you? I ordered 3 crunchy tacos,3 bean burritos,and specifically stated NO SOUR CREAM........THEN what is this i received,sour cream, and that i am starving i star to eat,that would make me sic for sure,and looking back,they changed extra for this,they have a push on for the greed,even if it kills you, I'll be in the hospital for up to Three days now and why because of nasty greedy no goods, they have some kinda things commin right back,and it ain't cream SOUR YOU BET

The reason I give them one star is, so I can comment on the service and food. I really not recommend this place to eat at all, because yesterday some Hispanic female took my order, and she just keep repeating what I just order, it took me 7 times to tell her what I want it, coming to find my food after I pick it up, someone SPIT in my chalupa, I find out after I was ready to eat it at home, and I tried to contact them but they pretending not speaking English, or Spanish. The food was taco bell, nuff said. It was 1 am so yeah, the service was not the best. And atmosphere....? I guess I should've rate that higher since it was the atmosphere in my jeep. Bottom line? It was late AF So I was glad there was something to eat, was pretty shocked by the price tho.

This specific Taco Bell is awesome mainly for one reason: their unique interior! It is also clean most of the time. Now I can add one more reason: the staff here Jose is an awesome fella, very friendly and attentive!

I usually door dash from this place and when I'm not dashing from here occasionally I'll come in to eat. It's a nice place with a fee new upgrades inside. It's clean and the customer service is pretty good.

Got pretty blazed last night and got enticed to get Taco Bell delivered (Doordash). Gotta have that Mexican pizza and Doritos locos tacos combo with the Baja Blast! Stonerrific!
