We placed an order through the app, as we occasionally do, and when we arrived in the parking lot, we were dismayed to find the door locked. If we're placing a mobile order for express service, why can't we access the restaurant to pick up our food? So, we drove to the drive-thru to retrieve our order. While waiting in line, we decided to order some drinks as well. I informed the staff member that we had placed an order via the app.

I had a frustrating experience with a 30-minute wait for three tacos and a Pepsi. The person in charge was very vocal at the register, saying things like, “these people act like we’re the only Taco Bell around!” When I finally received my food, it was cold, and the taco shells were soggy. This was my third and final visit to the new Taco Bell in Bartlett, Tennessee, located at the corner of Appling and Summer. During my first two visits, I didn't receive a receipt, and my orders were incorrect, but I had no way to prove it without the receipt. I really hope Taco Bell improves their service.
I used to adore this location more than any other, but it's been disappointing lately. Over the past few months, I've found it closed before the listed hours multiple times. For instance, I went there at 9 PM on a Friday, only to find it shut, in addition to several occasions when it didn't open at all. I would understand if there were signs indicating revised operating hours, but there was nothing to inform customers.
This restaurant is one of the finest in the area. Although it often has a shortage of staff, the employees are consistently friendly, and the food is fresh and well-prepared. I will choose this location every time, even if it means waiting a bit longer for my meal. Food: 5/5

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the location and cleanliness, I was there 3 times for the first time my order wrong, last 2 times there was absolutely NO meat on everything I had ordered (only salad, tomatoes, cheese
Typically, this location excels in service, food quality, and speed. However, today was an exception. The wait time in the drive-thru was longer than usual, and the meat in the tacos wasn't even warm. I hope we don't get sick!
