In the lonely world we live in, going into the restaurant to have a personal connection with another human being is why I get out of my car. But this time, there were 8 employees falling all over each other behind the count and a sign stating "Due to employee shortage, please use the touchscreen kiosk. I want a personal connection, but instead I am reduced to the same as a phone in order. I go in and have fun with staff by presenting a different unique name every day of the week. Bud no more. Okay, I am normally a easy going person, however, I visited Taco Bell at 1101 Cooper Point Rd SW, Olympia, WA 98502,this morning while I had a couple of hours to wait since I had an auto appointment for maintenance with Mike 's Plum Street Auto. I was informed that they, Taco Bell, could not accept cash because the only register they have is down. When I expressed that I do not accept their reason the employee manager representative raised her voice at me. Of course, I was not having this so I told her to shut up and actually provide real customer service rather than forcing customers to us self service kiosk. She did not like this so she said and I quote F_CK YOU... . Just maybe Taco Bell C...
This is just another Taco Bell serving the same Taco Bell menu you can get anywhere but honestly, they have the most courteous and personable peeps working their drive thru. Yes, it's a bit of a wait when they're busy or the person ahead of you can't figure out how to fit their truck in the lane but the staff is just so darn sweet. Really. I am not making this up.The food is standard TB, all the usual stuff you're expecting. No surprises.Bonus points they DO NOT SKIMP on extras. Want extra sour cream? BOOM! Sauce packets? BAM! I ordered extra jalapenos on a 12 pack of tacos and I was swimming in them. It was a glorious jalapeno fest. I don't eat TB very often, but when I do I come here.
I got a soft chicken burrito and a Diet Pepsi. The food was as expected, standard fast food.You order from a machine, not directly from the servers. I don't like that because it's so impersonal. And also I think it reduces available jobs. However, one of the servers assumed I needed help, and she worked the machine for me.

I understand the manager was training people. Our food took forever. We waited over a half hour inside to get our food. When we finally received our food, We grabbed it and brought it home. Of course it was cold and it was the wrong items. Plus we all got sick. My family will definitely not be going there ever again.

They have a wider selection of plant-based options compared to other fast food restaurants. For those with dietary restrictions, Taco Bell offers items that are free of meat and dairy.
I don't visit Taco Bell often, but I've noticed that they are beginning to lower the quality of their products. The shell of the taco supreme broke apart on the first bite because it was so thin. Additionally, they do not honor deals found on their website.
Went through the drive-thru late tonight to fulfill my rolled chicken tacos craving, and even though it was extremely busy, the store rocked it and was getting everyone taken care of quickly/smoothly

Awful customer service by the young women working at this location, expect items to be missing with no reimbursements and insane disrespect by obvious minors.
I was disappointed with my chalupa as it was not cooked enough to be crispy, making it not very enjoyable.
