Taco Bell - Reservar una mesa

I used the taco Bell app and ordered several tacos, burritos and a Mexican Pizza. The app didn't tell me that the order was completed because the workers inside didn't notify the computer that the order was completed. Therefore the app couldn't tell me that it was finished and ready to go. It sat around awhile longer than it had to because I didn't want to go inside until it was ready because of Covid-19. They left the drink out of the order. I had to ask for it and the packets of hot sauce that I ordered on the app which I didn't realize were missing until I had gotten home. I guess I was lucky to get some napkins and a fork? The pizza was at the bottom of all the tacos and burritos which crushed the pizza making all the toppings stick to the box. I mean if you're going to work in fast-food then have some pride in what you do. If not get another job.

It was 10:35 p.m. and they would not take my order because I did not have a car and lobby was closed. My Tractor-Trailer was parked at the TA truck stop across from the restaurant. When someone pulled up to order, I offered to pay for their meal if they let me order with them. The cashier said they were only serving burritos and tacos. He had already ordered 4 burritos so I just ordered the same as he. Cashier said they didn't have enough ingredients for more than four. They weren't supposed to close until 11p.m. that night. 30 minutes before close and they were not serving a full menu. And the cashier's attitude was ugly. This place needs a serious employee check.

Very sad day when I can't get tostada or Mexican pizza anymore. Not anymore. I've eaten in Taco Bell since I was goodbye to a staple of my life in the 1970s. Well... as far as the experience with the store itself. not much to say. A disappointment. The bean burrito was not great and let us be honest. his not difficult to make, which reflects directly on the store and the employees. All in all, there are better places to eat.

Tell you to leave the store when you try to order in the kiosk with a mask that they arbitrarily consider incorrect. This place was great, but now the staff will make every excuse to get out of their job.

People were good, but taking the TACO SALAD OFF THE MENU, what the rear is Taco Bell Executive think?
