We literally paid for extra cheese and extra protein in multiple items and we also paid extra to swap some items to chicken. Let's just say we wasted our money because none of the requests were actually honored and it was quite possibly our worst Taco Bell experience ever. On August 19th, 2023, I had an excellent dining experience at the Taco Bell located on Leffingwell Rd and La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada. I dined in and was impressed by Celeste, who was efficiently managing both the drive-thru and front counter. She was cheerful and clearly passionate about her job. I complimented her to her manager and requested that my praise be passed on to General Manager Irene. Celeste effortlessly navigated between the computer, headset, dispensers, and her prep team with a smile for every customer. She is a powerhouse who exudes excellent customer service and makes you feel valued. I thoroughly enjoyed observing her in action.
We made a spur-of-the-moment decision to have lunch at the Leffingwell location on Saturday afternoon. As we drove around to the drive-thru, it appeared closed because it was very dark and there were no customers in sight. Despite this, we were greeted by a staff member and placed our order at the menu. The burrito supremes we ordered were priced at almost $5 each, but we were disappointed to find that they were very skimpy on ingredients. Overall, we were not impressed and are no longer fans of this restaurant.
I would strongly advise against visiting this Taco Bell and ordering food late at night. Last night around 10:00 PM, there were four people in line at the drive-through, including myself. The employee working was unable to handle the rush, resulting in hair being found in my food. It was not just a single strand of hair, but a lock of hair. I urge you to avoid ordering from this Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurants, as you never know what might happen to your food.

I ordered tacos without meat and they were served in a sack instead of a box. The price was $5.99 instead of $5.00. The service for takeout was subpar, with a rating of 1. The food quality was also a 1, and the atmosphere was lacking as well. I would recommend trying the tacos at this restaurant.

Ordered taco party pack which normally comes 12 tacos, But unfortunately end up getting 11 tacos only...do they know how to count?2 stars just because the cashier guy was friendly.
I do not recommend dining at this restaurant. The food was unsatisfactory and I would like a refund. Please take this into consideration.
