I wish I would have read the reviews before eating here. This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell in the state of Texas. The staff is very unprofessional and an Item was missing from my order I tried calling but the line is busy. What a place to do business with and It’s starts with the manager for hiring these incompetent employees. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and will be requesting my money back for the item I did not receive. The young lady with the purple hair should be terminated she is very unprofessional.. update 11:07 pm I drove back up there to get my missing Item the young man was very nice and professional but the young lady was very rude and unprofessional again and gets back on her phone. I would like for management to roll back their camera and witness this 11:07pm and 11:12pm.
Showed up at 7:30 and sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before the lady that took out the trashed told me they don’t open until 8:30. I responded saying the y’all open at 7am and she told me “well we opened late.” I don’t have any issues with her because she was polite and at least she told me they weren’t completely opened. Showing up on time is the most important think for an employee to maintain. I would look into management to see how much money is being lost from late starts since I bet this isn’t the first time.
Taco Bell is awesome. Really, do I need to put any more than that? In this day and age where everyone seems to be trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, you can still get a decent amount of food for a marginal amount of money. I don’t wanna spend 10 bucks for food that I’m going to regret, and Taco Bell aims to please. If I’m going to have guilt about the food I’m eating, I’d rather it at least be cheap.
