Jose A, is a terrible employee. I know he charged us for a steak, gave us beef. Didn't offer us a receipt. When we went back to correct order he got mouthy with my wife, who gave it right back to him. Instead of making it right, he gave my wife a cash refund and basically threw it at her on the counter. In addition my son who only drinks water, was told they don't offer cups of water which is not true I work for a MAJOR food manufacturer and we take care of the premix machines. Also mall upcharge 36 dollars for junk.
The employee was rude and kept interrupting me while I was placing my order. When my boyfriend opened the bag and realized our order was incorrect, the employee responded with a bad attitude. It’s not hard to fix a simple mistake; we weren’t even asking for a refund, just to receive what we originally ordered. No surprise we didn’t see anyone else ordering at Taco Bell, while all the other nearby restaurants had lines of customers!
The prices at this restaurant are extremely high, the tacos are not very filling, and the staff member lacks any personality, making it seem like placing an order is a hassle. Paying $7 for two basic tacos that are typically priced at $4-5 elsewhere is disappointing. I recommend going to the one in Norwich for better food and more reasonable prices. My experience on 1/30/2023 was highly disappointing.
Ever since I moved to Connecticut, I have found that all Taco Bell restaurants have been disappointing. However, this particular place exceeded my expectations. They got all of my modifications right and the food was served promptly. Jose is definitely the hero of the week in my book!

The food at Taco Bell was decent, but the staff appeared somewhat distant and uninviting when I approached the counter. The menu offered a variety of options, though the overall experience could be improved with friendlier service.

Did not eat here, it's in a mall and the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Food is hit or miss at night. During the day its busy but food is good.
