I placed a doordash order at 7:50pm. I have the receipt. I waited for it for over an hour while doordash app updated my dasher 3 times. I called the store 8:40pm. The lady working told me that it was ready and I could come myself to pick it up. I said fine and drove to get my order, just to be told that Dasher was in drive thru. So I picked my own order up in the parking lot at 9:10pm an hour and half after I ordered it. And lady I talked to in the store was rude to me, and told me that it was busy and they couldn't control what doordash does. I'm not an idiot and dont appreciate being treated as one. My food was cold. And you could see the grease through the paper cause it had sat so long....
My family and I were in the area for a short weekend retreat to Great Wolf Lodge. We found this Taco Bell on Google search, and we're happy to share that we did. First on that Friday night, for a casual quick stop. Then returned the next night, before heading back to NYC. While the drive thru line was backed up, it actually moved well. Once we ordered our food, we made it to the Pickup window to realize we forgot an order. A person who appeared to be a Manager, and the Staff, were very accommodating. We appreciate their Customer Service, and would definitely stop by again in the future. To the Taco Bell staff that weekend ... You guys ROCK!!
I went here about two weeks ago and I would give the food a 5, but I was choosing food that was out of my comfort zone and it didn’t turn out too great so I just threw it out, but other than that, it was great as usual. Taco Bell is normally busy any time I go there, but I was waiting with a dog in the car in the middle of a Sunday and it was done pretty fast. And of course my regular chalupa with chipotle sauce, nacho cheese and no beans was a hit ?
The restaurant is clean, and my orders are typically accurate. However, I have some concerns about the portion sizes. It seems like they skimp on the meat and other ingredients in my burritos and tacos. I've ordered extra meat more than once, but it always seems to be just the regular portion. My brother has noticed the same issue with the portion sizes in the burritos and tacos. I think the Taco Bell at Paradise Stream is much better.

I visited the Taco Bell at this location for the first time, and I was really impressed. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very polite. When I received my food, it was hot and fresh. The aroma of the delicious, mouthwatering tacos and burritos was simply irresistible. P.S. I visited the restaurant last night at 8 PM, but the doors were locked and the staff only allowed delivery drivers inside. There was a sign on the door stating that dining was open until 10, which clearly wasn't the case.
Drive thru window at 9pm was quick and efficient. The employee at the window was friendly and joked around with me. My food was ready quickly and tasted good. I ordered a chicken quesadilla.
Food was ok as expected but service was bad they just threw everything in the bag and I order some tacos and most of the lettuce and cheese was in the

Food was fantastic and quick by Taco Bell standards. Second best I've ever had, just behind a location near I-77 in Elkin, NC
One of the best taco bells I've been too. Friendly service and lots of meat in the Taco's
