To say the least this is the worst run taco bell I have ever seen..the people inside are laughing , running around, talking loud having a good time..I always feared eating at a fast food restaurant but this place just confirmed what I thought..I went thereon 09/25/2022 I ordered a mex pizza and taco ..got to the window and was told what I owed next thing as I was passing my cardthey started laughing jumping around looking out the window..and ran to the other door..yelling out the door as if we were trulyin the hood....as the guy on register came back he looked at me and said in a uncaring way did u pay yet .I said no then ask tospeak to a manager..the guy who ran out door laughing loudly was...
Let me start by saying me nor anybody that walked in behind me what's greeted by any employee. After standing there at least 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order I asked for a refund. The lady told me I can't get a refund because my food is ready. Myfood has been ready and sitting to the side for the longest. I said if it's cold I don't want it she didn't offer to remake itshe just said she didn't have time for me today, and go through the app to get a refund. Today was quite an interesting experience at this restaurant. I saw Omari Quentin turn away over 15 cars for various reasons. At first, the machine was down, and then, twenty minutes later, they announced they were closed. I spoke with Lakendra, who kindly took my mobile order, and the food was served hot and complimentary. When I talked to Omari Quentin, he mentioned that they were ending their shift early because they had been working hard. The restaurant closed early despite having a staff of five. A few weeks ago, the restaurant was under new management, but that seems to have changed now. I've been back three times recently. During one visit, they forgot to add meat to my nachos, and on my second visit, I noticed them using a trash bag in a metal basket to activate the timer outside the drive-thru. While I don’t hold the staff entirely responsible—since I appreciate the pressures these businesses face regarding unrealistic drive-thru times—it definitely raises some sanitation concerns. I only return when the fries are particularly good.

I chose to have a quick and indulgent lunch during my free time and went for some tacos since they’re convenient to eat in the car. I went in today and it's a big angry lady with blonde and red twist her attitude was horrible service horrible she was trying to buy weed from another employee she was very confrontational with me and I'm not Russian I don't fight bears I will not return and will be contacting

The food is consistently delicious at this restaurant and the staff are always a pleasure to interact with. Their friendliness really sets them apart.
