ordered 3 cheese quesadillas (vegetarian) received chicken, drove 20 minutes back got my order corrected only for ONE quesadilla to actually have cheese the other two were literally just bread. i just worked 12 hours so i?m not about to drive back again, 15 wasted and wasn?t even given a receipt to get refund so thanks. edit: spoke to hayward who informed me he would remake my food (yet again) but i don?t even want it i just want my back honestly. edit 2: ended up going back that night. funny how they told me to come today (thursday) but have been closed all day. glad i went yesterday, won?t be returning again. edit 3: literally the ONE STAR taco bell on reisterstown rd has better service. Something changed towards the end of 2021—maybe new management? Regardless, I’ve been visiting this location for ten years, and my experience has always been variable when it comes to the speed and accuracy of the orders. However, in the past few months, they've really stepped up their game. The customer service is friendly and professional, we receive exactly what we ordered, and we’re in and out of the drive-thru in five minutes or less. I'm giving them 5 stars—keep up the great work!

It appears that this location is under new management because everything has been exceptional lately. There’s just the right amount of sauce provided, the ground beef portions are perfect, and the service is quick and accurate. The person who made my beef quesadilla last night, February 25, around 9 PM, really deserves a raise. I truly appreciate hardworking employees like you!

I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza and a Veggie Burrito, and both came with meat, making them inedible for me. This is the second time this has happened. Additionally, the Cinnabon delights were as crunchy as crackers. I'm tired of having to get refunds when I'm just trying to enjoy a meal. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I work as a driver for DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber. My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was terrible, and the employees had a poor attitude. The food was never ready when I arrived, and they even asked me to cancel my order. I definitely won't be returning.

The nacho fries are absolutely amazing! However, the nacho sauce isn't great, so I suggest skipping it. The Doritos Locos Tacos are really good, but to me, the shell doesn’t taste much like Doritos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

My slushie was half way full, didnt even get the correct flavor slushie and i didnt get any sauce for my Steak Quesadilla. the Steak Quesadilla itself was good as always.
